There are several ways in which you can obtain enrollment verification:
Students who currently have access to the iCampus Portal , Illinois State University's Web Portal, can obtain an official enrollment verification report suitable for mailing to agencies and companies who require confirmation of collegiate enrollment by logging on to the iCampus Portal and entering your PIN (Personal Identification Number). A link to the National Student Clearinghouse can be found in the iCampus Portal’s Registrar channel (How do I add this channel?) on the Financial Aid tab.
Enrollment verification's can also be printed on Illinois State University transcript paper. You may order an enrollment verification either at the Student Service and Referral Center (SSRC), 107 Moulton Hall or you may download an order form and fax or mail it. There is no charge for this service. Allow approximately 48 hours for us to process your request after we receive it.

If it is more convenient for you to come to the Office of the University Registrar, Moulton Hall, you may obtain and fill out an enrollment request form in the Student Service and Referral Center in Room 107.
