Academic Policies & Procedures
Spring Advance Registration: October 5- November 4. Register at your assigned date and time or any time thereafter. You will receive an e-mail sent to your Illinois State University address reminding you to check the iCampus Portal on October 1 for your specific registration date and time. iCampus will be available for registration at the following times:

Spring Registration and Program Change: December 1-December 12
Students who did not advance register in October or November may complete new registrations from December 1-December 12 by using the iCampus Portal. If a student registers for the spring semester on or after December 12, the student is obligated to pay all tuition and fees by the deadline on the bill unless there is an official withdrawal from the university by the appropriate dates as defined in the refund policy.

January Registration and Program Change: January 4-January 10
The iCampus Portal will be available for students to complete new registrations or make program changes according to the following schedule:
| January 4-8 | Open | 7am-10pm |
| January 9 | Open | 7am-4pm |
| January 10 | Open | 12pm-4pm |
Spring Late Registration and Program Change: January 11-January 15
Students who register for the first time on or after the first scheduled day of classes for the semester (January 11, 2010) will be assessed a $25 late registration fee.
Students may process a late registration or program change according to the following schedule:
January 11-January 15 ...Late registration using the iCampus Portal 7am-10pm.
January 16-January 25 ...Students may add a course (with department approval) or drop a course by using the iCampus Portal.
Note: After January 25...you must register in person at the Student Service & Referral Center, Moulton Hall 107. BRING PHOTO ID.
You must drop classes if you do not plan to attend. If you fail to drop a class and you do not attend, you will receive an F. Instructors do not drop classes for students.
