Academic Scheduling

The Office of the University Registrar works with departments and schools in scheduling academic activities.

• Academic Scheduling (handled by the Office of the Registrar) -Any event that involves or is directly related to a class
• Non-Academic Scheduling (handled by Conference Services) - All other events including RSO meetings and off-campus events for the University.
• If you need to schedule space for a study session or other academic
  activity please visit www.registrar.ilstu.edu/FacilityRequest

If you are the department or school scheduling partner you can submit
your semester plan using the Department Course Planner.

To update course information such as instructor or maximums for your department, use the course update system.

To use the curriculum forms system, please visit the Undergraduate Curriculum Forms website.

In order to maximize utilization of available space, these guidelines apply to ALL departments/schools.
