Yes if the equivalent course was completed at an accredited Illinois college or university, it is considered to have met both the U.S. and Illinois constitution requirements. If the equivalent course is transferred from an accredited college or university in another state, it is considered to have met the U.S. constitution requirement but not the Illinois constitution requirement. Please visit the University Testing Office for more questions.
