Contact Information Policy

Have you moved recently or since you last enrolled? Be sure to keep the Office of the University Registrar informed of your current name, address and telephone number information so that you will receive important registration, departmental, and other important information.

Each student is responsible for keeping the following addresses current:

• LOCAL ADDRESS (for mail sent during the term) This address is automatically updated for students living in the Residence Halls.
  
• HOME ADDRESS (for mail sent between terms)
  
• PARENT ADDRESS

Any changes during the semester should be reported as soon as possible. For your convenience you may update your address in any of the following ways:

• Complete the change yourself by utilizing your profile in My.IllinoisState.edu.
• Request the change in person with photo I.D. at the Registrar Service Center, Moulton Hall 107.
• Call the Registrar Service Center (309) 438-2188 and the change will be accepted by phone.
