Students may register by using the following method:
New students beginning this academic year will find the undergraduate and graduate catalogs available as a PDF from the Illinois State home page. For older versions of the catalog, please visit our catalog archive.
You will be able to find your starting registration date and time on the iCampus Portal in the student information channel under the link "My Registration Date." Information on the start and ending dates of registration is available in the student calendar. You may register or adjust your schedule any time after your assigned date and time while registration is available.
Registration dates and times are spread over a six-week period based on number of hours earned, including current enrolled hours. Priority registration dates and times are given to students who have shown significant academic achievement, participate in an pre-approved activity that is necessary to the operation of a major campus program, or require special institutional needs.
To register for Internet Courses, you must be admitted to the University. Visiting students (not seeking an Illinois State degree) may apply using the following two methods:
