Academic Progress Summary

The Academic Progress Summary (APS) is an assessment of the student’s academic progress toward completion of requirements for the bachelor’s degree. An APS is not available for Second Bachelor’s and Faculty Colleague students.  For those undergraduate programs which require special audit considerations, a handwritten senior evaluation will be prepared by personnel after the student has submitted the Undergraduate Application for Graduation.  An Academic Progress Summary is not available for those students pursuing a graduate degree.

Currently enrolled students may view their APS on the iCampus Portal.  It is located on the Student Channel under Progress Towards My Degree.  Students may also obtain an APS by coming with photo identification to the Student Service & Referral Center located in 107 Moulton Hall.   Students with questions regarding how to obtain an APS may contact the Student Service & Referral Center at 309-438-2188

To determine specific program requirements, a student should consult the following sections of their Undergraduate Catalog:  1) General Education/IAI requirements; 2) the specific requirements for the student’s major and minor fields of study.  Any questions regarding degree requirements or information on a student’s APS should be referred either to the student’s academic advisor or to the Evaluation Services at 309-438-2282.
