Illinois State University cannot verify official enrollment for any student prior to the 10th day of classes each semester as students may adjust schedules without penalty up to this day. Lenders know this and do not consider “pre-registration” (enrollment information sent prior to the 10th day) as proof of enrollment.

Students who currently have access to the iCampus Portal can obtain an official enrollment verification report through the National Student Clearinghouse. The National Student Clearinghouse will provide students an enrollment report that is suitable for mailing to agencies and companies that require confirmation of collegiate enrollment.

In-Person:
You may order an enrollment verification letter at the Student Service & Referral Center located in 107 Moulton Hall. A photo ID is required to submit requests and pick-up letters in-person. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Illinois State University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and current and past enrollment information. Please visit the Clearinghouse at www.studentclearinghouse.org for more information.
