If you are a current student and attended another institution previously and you wish to transfer the credit you earned there back to Illinois State University, please do the following:
1. Contact the Registrar’s Office or the Academic Records Office at the institution you attended and ask them to send an official transcript including grades to Illinois State University.
2. Send the transcript to the following address:

Once received and evaluated, your transfer credit will be posted to your Illinois State University academic record. If you have any questions, please call Evaluation Services at (309) 438-2282.
