Spring 2024 Grades and Degrees

Spring 2024 grades will appear on transcripts beginning May 17, 2024. Please choose the "After Grades are Posted" processing option to include your Spring 2024 grades on your transcript. 

Final audit for Spring 2024 degrees will begin May 17, 2024. Degrees may not appear on transcripts for several weeks after that date. Choose the "After Degree is Awarded" processing option to include your degree on your transcript.

Before You Order

Name Change

If you want to change your first, middle or last name on your transcript, mail or fax a copy of a marriage license, court order, or dissolution decree certifying your name change. Include a copy of your photo ID and signature with your request. Driver's license and social security cards are not accepted as proof of name change.

    Cost: $10 per transcript + $2.90 processing fee per mailing address.

    For electronic delivery (PDF), add $3.90 per transcript.

    For UPS overnight delivery, add $15 per address.

    Stop by our office at 107 Moulton Hall to order your transcript.

    What to bring: Photo ID

    Accepted Payment: Credit or Debit Card

    Other Payment Options: Pay with cash, check or money order at the Student Accounts office. Bring your receipt back to 107 Moulton Hall to request your transcript.

Processing Time

Five business days for print version; two business days for electronic processing, if there is no hold on your record. Requests are not processed when the University is closed.

Receiving Your Transcript

When ordering online, you'll have the option to choose your preferred delivery option.

If you order your transcript in person, we can send it in the mail to you or a third party, you can pick it up in person, or you can authorize someone to pick it up for you.

To authorize a pick up, complete and print the transcript authorization form. The person picking up your transcript needs to bring:

  • a photo ID
  • the completed transcript authorization form
